Fernando R. López Torres
Fernando R. López Torres is the youngest partner of the firm, his practice focuses on civil, family, commercial and labor litigation. He has successfully represented several national and international companies, as well as individuals, before local courts, local and federal conciliation, and arbitration boards, as well as within the Mexican Republic. Likewise, he has experience in dispute resolution before federal courts in Constitutional, Civil, Commercial, Family and Labor matters, including the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
Likewise, he is a specialist in matters of responsibilities of public servants and the national anti-corruption system.
Our clients identify him as a pro-business advisor, with strategic and tactical qualities and extensive experience in judicial dispute resolution.
Fernando is an expert collaborator of World Justice Project (WJP) since 2019 and to this date, he participates in such organization as a specialist in the legal field, providing information and expertise regarding the rule of law in Mexico.
He studied law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, obtaining a special mention for his excellent performance during his professional examination. He studied and passed the diploma course "Juicio de Amparo", 2021 edition, given by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
His native language is Spanish and hi is fluent in English.
